Hooping is moving within a large brightly coloured hoop to music.
It is fun, exhilarating, challenging and a terrific way to improve fitness,
coordination and balance while lifting your spirits.

Hooping is more than a new fitness regime,
it is a way to celebrate,
explore and inspire ourselves and others...

The Venue:
- Trinity Church Centre, 15 Nether Street, North Finchley, London N12 7NN
- very close to the new ArtsDepot building at Tally Ho Corner.

The Event:
- a series of six sessions

The Session Content
- specific moves and techniques are taught on a week by week basis.
- sessions must be pre-booked as space is limited

The Cost:
- £7 if you pay weekly (£7 per session) or early bird discount -
- £35 if the 6 sessions are booked and paid for in advance.

Date of first class:
- Tuesday 6th February - class begins at 7.30
....please arrive a little earlier for the first session as there is a
registration process to complete

Transport:
- limited parking outside the hall - some street parking available nearby
- nearest tube is Woodside Park on the Northern Line (Barnet Branch).
- bus services to North Finchley (Tally Ho Corner) : 263, 134, 82, 125, 221
& 460.

Hoopswhirled classes are taught by Diana Defries
who trained to teach hooping with the amazing Hoopgirl,
Christabel Zamor.

Pick up a hoop and rediscover your inner child, play, dance
