Database unreachable

The database is working fine, except it is
unreachable apart from inside the university at the moment.
To increase security the University has blocked
access to all University computers from outside the
campus, except named servers. Ours is supposedly one of
these, except access is still blocked (as it is to the
Bioinformatics server). Hopefully it will be sorted out
soon.
Sorry for an inconvenience.
Darren
