Version 1.1 of COGEME Fungal EST database has been released. The
database website now features an advanced search query that enables the user
to perform more sophisticated searches of the putative functions of
sequences in the database, including the ability to search by functional
classification group. The advanced search page can be reached at:

or by a link from the home page of the database:
