Hi Barry,
I have no plans to allow large scale BLASTs at the moment,
mainly because of the amount of server processor time it would take up. If
you want to do this then I can send you a FASTA file containing all the
sequences in the database (assuming your email account allows large
attachments, the sequence file is 12.7 Mb). You could then use the local
blast programs (downloadable from ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/blast/executables/)
to BLAST search the sequences on your own computer. Hope this is of some
help.
