The COGEME phytopathogen EST database ( <http://cogeme.ex.ac.uk>
http://cogeme.ex.ac.uk) has been updated with sequences from five new
species (Alternaria brassicicola, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides f. sp.
aeschynomene, Glomerella cingulata, Ophiostoma novo-ulmi, Phaeosphaeria
nodorum) as well as additional Leptosphaeria maculans sequences. The
database now contains 68,986 annotated unisequences from 23 species.
