Hi Everyone,

I thought I'd sent this out to everyone before, but can't find an email
sent, so am sending this now just in case. Apologies if I have (or
haven't) done it before.

We haven't had a Recorders Event for some time, so we have arranged an
event which is planned, but flexible, for this Saturday, 7th March. At a
suggestion, the day is split into three parts; Morning, Afternoon &
Evening sessions, and you can attend any parts as you feel. The Morning
session is an informal part, primarily targeted for members who have a
long way to travel, or just want to have an informal chat. The Afternoon
is more formal, with a number of talks to tell you about developments in
the data gathering activities we are all involved with, and including
Guest Speakers. Finally, for those who would like to stay on in the
evening, and subject to the weather, we will have a chance to do some
light trapping in Allet grounds. There are quite a few areas where Lamp
& Sheet traps can be set up so why not bring along your equipment to
show the other members what you use, and exchange ideas.

*** Can you please let me know if you are attending (reply to this
email, or telephone me on 01-736-763705) as we might be quite full for
the presentations and need to know how to allow for seating ***

11.00-12.00 Early Arrivals & Informal / Displays (bring
along anything you would like to show)
12.00-13.00 Lunch (bring your own) and Later Arrivals
13.00-14.00 (Max) Formal Welcome & CMG 2008 Data Review / Progress

17.00 Formal Meeting Closure
17.10-18.00 Break / Departure for those finishing
18.00-....... Light Trapping at Allet (weather
permitting)

This is not cast in stone, so we can change it around as necessary.
Please come along if you can, especially to support the Guest Speaker
sessions. We will have some local Butterfly Conservation members joining
us for these. Please pass this on to anyone not on the email list.
