Hi John & all
Although there have only been a few moths here in Torpoint (suburban garden),
I've had three Oak Beauties in the last two weeks - a species never recorded
here before. Last night produced a Double-striped Pug and one E.postvittana.
Leon.

Subject: [Cornwall Moth Group] February records
Hi, everyone. After a year off moving house and running in a new hip I
hope to be more active this season, health allowing. We have a much
smaller garden now but it does have room for two traps. Three mature
Oaks and lots of shrubs make it promising. Moth numbers have been very
low this month but the first Twin Spotted Quaker turned up yesterday
after the monotony of Hebrew Character and Common Quaker. From your
reports it seems I am not the only one! Best wishes to all. John
