I though this might be of interest to members of the group.

Subject: conservation visits to Europe this March - please pass on to anyone
interested
The Dorset branch of Butterfly Conservation in conjunction with the recently
formed Butterfly Conservation Europe has organised two conservation visits
to Europe this March to work on wildlife sites in La Brenne in central
France and two national parks in Hungary.
We are looking for volunteers to join us and are seeking funding to help
unwaged people or volunteers who could not normally take time off work. The
volunteers will need to be fairly fit and adventurous, but most important
are enthusiasm and a desire to do something worthwhile and make a
contribution to wildlife conservation - as well as to see new parts of
Europe and have a lot of fun.
We are trying to spread this information as widely as possible and hope
that you might be able to help us by passing it
on, with the pdf attachment, to your staff and anyone else who might be
interested.
Thank you Nigel Spring
