Cornwall Wildlife Trust requires a Marketing & Fundraising Co-ordinator
to start on 3rd March 2008
The post-holder will support the Marketing & Fundraising Manager and take on
project work, which will include:
* identifying and engaging with local companies to encourage corporate
membership and visitor payback schemes.
* building and developing relationships with companies already involved
with the Trust
* assisting the Marketing and Fundraising Manager in managing the Trust’
s website
* taking responsibility for the operational running of the Wild Cornwall
& Wild Scilly members’ magazine.
* running 2 appeals each year.
Applicants should:
* have an HND level (or equivalent) qualification in business or
marketing
* be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage people and
companies and project a positive image of the Trust and its work
* have experience of either working or volunteering for a registered
charity
* have the ability to cope with competing demands and manage a
fluctuating and variable workload
* be self-disciplined, self-motivated and self-confident
* have experience of working with the media
A driving licence is essential, and your own transport would be useful.
Salary: £16,500 pa
