Hi all,
The weather forecast for the rest of this week looks good for bringing
in a few migrant moths, quite similar to the weather pattern that
brought us the recent run of Euchromius ocellea and all that Saharan
dust. The warm front due to arrive tonight may have originated too far
west (near the Azores) but the airflow on subsequent nights should have
come from southern Spain and beyond. Due to be warm (min. 11 deg. C.
tonight in Penzance) and cloudy, trouble is tonight and tomorrow might
also be wet and windy.
Happy trapping,
John
