Society stages cookery demo

REDDITCH residents are invited to an Indian cookery demonstration and workshop which will take place at the next meeting of the Redditch Vegetarian & Vegan (RVV) Society, this Wednesday evening.

Anita Sharma-James, of The Spice Trade, Bromsgrove, will demonstrate how to make delicious Indian food such as vegetable pakoras and samosas.

A workshop will provide an opportunity for everyone to get stuck in and have a go and then sample the delicious results.

The Spice Trade offers Indian cookery courses and demonstrations as well as catering for dinner parties and special occasions, allowing clients to sample and try their hand at home-cooked Indian food.

The demo will take place at St George's Community Hall, St George's Road from 7.30pm. Refreshments will be available, as will a range of recipes, nutrition factsheets, magazines etc.

Admission is free and everyone is welcome. People planning to attend should book by calling 458395.
