You Can Help Veggie Pride UK Happen Simply by Pledging to Attend Now!! (please forward widely!)

Veggie Pride UK is less than 3 months away! Whilst in many respects it`s a long way off, in terms of event planning, there is no time to lose!! :-)

 

As you may know, Veggie Pride UK will be the FIRST EVER event of it`s kind in the UK!! Therefore, we have no way of knowing how many people are likely to attend. Birmingham City Council want some assurance that Veggie Pride UK will attract a significant number of people. They don`t want to grant approval for a procession route through the busiest city streets, only for it to be a flop due to a low turnout! So you can help simply by pledging to attend and by inviting all your friends to attend.

 

If all goes to plan, the event will be ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! Picture a vibrant and colourful carnival procession, followed by a fantastic festival and street party, featuring stalls, food, speakers, live entertainment, best costume/banner competition, dancers, jugglers, clowns, story tellers and so much more...!! All of this in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, so you can be assured that this will be a day of veggie/vegan awareness raising aswell as celebration!

 

Help us to make sure everyone knows about the event by inviting all your friends! Let the council see for themselves that many hundreds of people have pledged to attend!! Be sure to invite your non veggie/vegan friends too. They may not attend, but just inviting them is a great way to spread awareness of all the benefits of veg*nism!
