Membership Renewal's
The following members need to renew their membership.
This means you need to check the details on the renewal form are correct (i.e. name, address and current diver grade),
Also your fee's of £120 are due, so either bring your cheque book or I can give you a form to set up a standing order of £10 a month (note these payments are monitored).
You will also need to fill in and sign your medical declaration for this year(i.e. self certify), those that are signed off by a medical referee, I need a photocopy of your current certificate.
Remember if you wish to dive with the club, First you must be a paid up member.
