I am also a descendent of James Cuzner and Hannah Ayres! James' son John moved to Hamilton, Ontario where I have roots. His grandson William Mark moved to Victoria, BC which is where my parents are from. I currently live in Wisconsin.
I have an interesting letter written by one of their daughters after they immigrated to Canada. This line ties into the line that Vegan Fiddler posted. James is the grandson of Jeremiah born in 1695. I believe my GEDCOM file is already on the web site but I am going to re-upload it before the end of the week just to make sure. I will also post the letter.

I joined this group in late November and I'm still trying to figure out how my family fits

The earliest ancestors in my tree are James Cuzner (b. 1792, Somerset-d. 1858, Carleton,
Ontario, Canada) and his wife, Hannah Ayres. Their children were Luke, John, and Mark;
Susan, Sarah, and Caroline.
James's son John had a son named Luke, whose daughter Edith Cuzner (b. 1880) was my
g-grandma.
If anyone can help me connect James Cuzner to his father in the tree, I would really
appreciate the assistance.
Much of my Cuzner family still resides in Ontario, CA.
