Hopefully this will stimutate some debate and sensible ACTION, I am
interested to hear what people think abouta 20mph speed limit in
Cardiff, it seemed to be a well recieved point at the meeting? Nigel
Baker suggested it had been implemented in Portsmouth - which amazed me
having lived their for a time.
