Alistair Rayment and myself actually had a hand in this article. Since Sustrans approached us for input, it seemed like a good way to build a good working relationship with them and get Cycle Cardiff mentioned.
I know what you mean about it not covering all the negatives. However, since this text is aimed primarily at people from outside Cardiff who come to visit, I suppose that's appropriate. There's no point putting people off.
Gwyn Smith has got some information about their working rides. I'll post it on the forum 'Files' page for now.
