Nick,

Good on you both for the article. Positive stuff for a wide audience I quite
agree - get as many as possible engaged. Might just jar with some of the
regulars though - though eve they (OK, we) need to be reminded that the
Council etc don't just do bad stuff, some of it's actually pretty good
beacuse of/despite their efforts.
