Hi Everyone

At our last meeting, we discussed the plans for our writer's weekend in
November. I would like to get a venue booked as early as possible, so
could you please let me know if you would like to come along?

It will be either the 10th or 24th of November, depending on
availability and when most people can make it. If I recall correctly,
our estimate was around £80-85 per person, including meals and the cost
of a guest speaker.

Hope you can make it - I am really looking forward to what should be a
very enjoyable weekend. If you could let me know by Monday, that would
be great.
