Getting towards that time of the year again when very strange people
decide that it's a good idea to write 50,000+ words in 30 days.

kick-off, write-ins and TGIO party in Derby for folks who participate.
Even if you decide not to join in NaNo, you are more than welcome to
join myself and my wrimo's at write-ins. These are pretty damned cool
if you're struggling with procrastination or other afflictions us
writers get from time to time. There are usually goody bags for
everyone, and this year will also see some prizes available.

I am, for some unknown reason, ML for Derbyshire and Staffordshire
again this year. I even get a fetching illuminous t-shirt stating that
I am, in fact, in charge. So, if in November, you decide to write a
novel, or just to come along to write-ins, get in touch.

I will post a little reminder, dates and times of write-ins, nearer
the time. At the moment, it looks like write-ins will be every
Wednesday during November.
