Hi Guys,

Just to let you know I've confirmed Mark Newton for the Saturday of the writing
weekend.

Mark's first novel is due out imminently and he's had a lot of stuff in major
magazines and
the like. He also has a day job at Solaris publishing in Nottingham, as well as
being
represented by one of the biggest agents in genre, John Jarrold (a man whose
opinion I
have a lot of respect for!).

Mark is a really nice guy and I think he'll fit right into the group. Current
plan is that he'll
be running a workshop, taking part in a session on publishing and perhaps doing
a
reading as well.

He's also coming over for a really reasonable fee, and I've got no doubt he'll
be a good
contributor!
