Hi i could really do with your oppions on this

I currently have Nico who's 4 years old and has been with us since he
was a puppy. We have been looking into getting another Dobie now for
the last month or so. I want to look at the rescue side this time and i
have just been informed that a *new home is needed for a male black &
tan 16 months old , good with kids and other dogs - family split and he
can't take dog with him.

Has anyone any experience of owning two males?

As far as Nico is concerned we have never had any problems regarding dog
aggression to either sexes of any breeds.
