It is my understanding that Diamond is asking that everyone take all of their
food back to the dealer for full refund so Diamond can analyze it and dispose
of it properly. If have any opportunity, please get the word out to keep at
least a pound from different portions of the open bag. This is vitally
important, as there is no characteristic laboratory profile for aflatoxicosis.
It's
absolutely needed to confirm the diagnosis! Anyone whose dog is suspected of
becoming ill or dying from injesting this food also needs to send off tissue
samples from the dead animal or have full autopsy, and the sooner after its
demise the better.
Google Alerts has the following information - and it is continuously being

Information available to dog owners may reach them too late - please cross
