Thanks
Fiona – I signed up as a direct result of your advert on Vickytext. I enjoyed the film last night too.
Didn’t
know one could get the wrong programme sheet – actually it sounds a good idea
to read it before seeing the film.
I didn’t know what Girl with a Pearl Earring was about. If I had known, I would have taken my
12-year-old daughter with me to see the film -- she was quite taken by Vermeer’s
Lady by the Virginals at the National Gallery.
Password
Scarlett till when? I intend
to see Lost in Translation this weekend.

Subject: [dukesfilmgroup] Meeting!
Hi: well, I didn't realise that everyone in the
whole of Lancaster would be at Girl with a Pearl Earring and there would be no
chance at all of finding 'each other' without making a proper plan. So
moral for next time: we need to make a proper plan for meeting up!
Anyway, Geoff, how many people took advantage of the discount? (from
adverts on the 'swapshop' list and the University small ads and electronic
weekly newsheet?)
I enjoyed the film though but thought the man
playing Vermeer LOOKED the part but was a bit less wild in his acting than he
looked.
And just realised that I brought home the wrong
'dukes factsheet' which I had been looking forward to reading!
