Does anyone have a problem with overeating?  I don’t know if it’s the antidepressants that increase my appetite, but I find it very difficult to stop eating in the evenings, especially chocolate.  I am not particularly active – but can’t seem to get the motivation to cut down on the eating and exercise .  The weight is creeping up and this in itself makes me depressed and fed up – does this pattern sound familiar to anyone – any advice?
