Andies perfectly correct, Easton's full of people who've got a good
understanding of what wrong here, 90% of which is Bristol City Council.
Unfortunately that 'organisation' isn't capable of doing anything about
it, even when it wants to.

So you can spend your life banging your head against the fact that local
government here is a shambles and a farce at best and petty
crime/financial negligence normally - which won't actually make any
difference - or you can get on with enjoying living in Easton.

Rememeber. the British State, and all it's sub-divisions, has only one
function; Maintaining the Status Quo. Hopefully as it was in 1950.
Ignore it. It'll go away eventually.
