That Rupert didn't do a fine job? That no-one, at any time panicked
about this?

Or that 'BCC in charge' is not another oxymoron?

That BCC doesn't conspire and produce cockpups?

Or that Easton hasn't been made by it's residents who have to deal with
BCC as a problem?
