Hi all

This is a request for everyone to keep an eye out for, and a 'no
questions asked' offer to whomever now has, my powerchair.

At the beginning of December (Sun 7th, if my memory is right) someone
stole a Pride 'Quantum Vibe' powerchair from outside a house on
Greenbank Rd - just up from, and on the same side as, the Spar shop.

The frame is generally black but the rear wheel-arches/mudguards are
blue, with one having a white scuff-line on it. When it was stolen
it also had a 'British Sign Language User' sticker on the perspex
side-panel underneath the right armrest. At the time it was stolen
it was covered with a maroon rain-cape and had a blue cooler-bag on
the back.

I am unable to go outside of my home without such transport and the
insurers, as per usual, are only offering 20% of the full replacement
cost, so I am unable to buy another.

If you have it - or personally know who does - please let me know and
I will provide a reward. The reward will be up to £500, depending on
how near it gets me to getting my powerchair back.

I am not interested in informing the police of anything I learn about
the theft - because I NEED the 'chair back & because they haven't
even bothered to phone me back - so please don't be wary about
contacting me.
