Respect!

Perhaps your next step is to go back to the Chocolate factory with something
along the lines of;-

"Look, I've found the problem, all these mapping systems are wrong except
for the Post Office. But dealing with this is your responsibility, it's
your lorry deliveries that are getting lost. So we'd like you to take this
up with the mapping companies. They'll listen to you etc."

Then you could mail all the mapping companies pointing out that this is a
local issue that'll go to the media if they don't get their details right.
