Just to let you know I have put the amended tenancy agreement for Eastside
Roots in today's post. These are the changes made:



1. Tenant name is now Eastside Roots Community Garden Centre
2. The maintenance liability in clause 4.2 has been capped at £1,000 per
annum
3. Clause 8.1 now reads to 'keep' as opposed to 'put'
4. I have added a photographic schedule of condition to the back of the
agreement and clause 29 has been amended to refer to this.
