Sam, thank you for your e-mail. Completely understand about Dec 1 being all too
soon. Jan 19 it is then. I will have a good look at your proposed budget
tomorrow, I appreciate the work put into it. And please as soon as you have the
job spec etc, could you send on to me. We will need a contract of sorts between
BEST and Eastside Roots as will be required for audit purposes: money spent
equals project delivered sort of thing. So a chat soon about expectations on
the project. We will need to set up a payment/receipt system with you. I also
realise I can spend direct on certain things with Eastside Roots agreement on
suppliers etc. O.k. I leave it at that for now, will send notes on the budget
soon. First glance, looks good.
