Here we go then, a few things for the agenda! Probably stuff you have
thought of anyway but just in case!:-

- BEST (C-L) email about planning probs??!

-Services, CL wants someone to go up to the site asap to meet sue to talk
elec and water...not quite sure what, maybe call to find out.

-Contact paul abou job specs??!-hope hes ok

-Keep checking post at trinity, particularly look out for job specs from
paul and lease!


- Article for next Fed of city farms mag which comes out the day b4 our
open day-perfect! Please call paul to get this put in, or to find out how.
Check out the latest mag- sams famous peeling comp!

-Contact sarah collins about the missing stuff mystery (vanishing trolley
etc)

- Publicity for open day 19th jan (?), start telling everyone and email
bpg, garden of easton and any easton communty groups (get contacts for
these off C-L) Shelly said she might be up for doing a flyer / poster for
the event?..."shelly abraham"- shellyabra@...
I have written a draft email for sending out on bpg etc, please change it
to make appropriate for where you send it (its designed for BPG who
already know us well) or re-write it completely if u like ! I will send a
copy to sam so that he can print off for you all to read to see what u
think at next meeting.

Just to let you know, i picked up the receipt for fountain timber
(compost), i will try and drop in to you soon sam.
