Little birdies tell me that some money is around and needs spending
remarkably fast- as in well started on way before December end. Money has
to be cpportioned before end of year or is lost.

I hope this is not news to you and that you are working to this timeframe?
Sorry to be sticking my nose ion.... but was told that basically needs to
be started very quick- job appointment as well
