Project Co-coordinator

Eastside Roots Community Garden Centre, Stapleton Road Station, Bristol

Salary: £19,500

F/T Post: 37.5 hours per week

Working for an exciting new project on previously disused land adjacent to
an active railway station, your role will be to develop the site into a
thriving and interactive community garden centre.

Responsibilities will include developing and running the garden centre and
shop, engaging and training volunteer gardeners, supporting permaculture
and partnership regeneration initiatives, day to day administration,
budget management, securing funding, building a positive public profile,
developing local partnerships and encouraging the involvement of the local
community.

If you offer leadership and resourcefulness, knowledge and experience of
project and community development, an understanding of permaculture in
urban environment and of regeneration issues within an inner city area, we
want you to work on this unique and innovative project.
