A quick update:

• Met with Sue Douglas on site today, obtained key to use temporarily whilst we buy our own set of padlocks.  We also need to get temp fencing as it may take NR til end Feb to sort permanent fencing
  
• Closing date for project co-ordinator is this Friday and we have had a lot of interest so far
• We need to get together with Claire-Louise to talk interview dates for early Jan and discuss shortlisting process and interview questions
• We need to arrange a meeting to talk about Trinity site as last general meeting focussed on Stapleton Rd and Tom couldn't make it and there are some pressing issues
  
• We need to arrange a general meeting for early-mid Jan as we haven't had a December meeting (minutes from last meeting out soon)
  
• Fliers for launch on 19 Jan have started going out, we have had offer of use of geo-dome for the day
  

For info - Alex and I are going to be away from Thurs 20th - Sun 23rd and from 1st - 7th Jan.
