Sorry about the previous email, I forgot mailing list won#t pass on attachments, so I have cut and pasted the actions from Tuesdays meeting, which I emailed to Claire-Louise (see below). Also, if anyone has some time over the next day or so, Claire-Louise has keys for easton noticeboards for postersa to go up there (these can be picked up from 278 Stapleton Rd or call 0117 952 5320). Also, for info, the marquee will be set up at 7am and taken down at 6pm on Saturday.

The following came out of last night:
- Yes to shipping container graffiti, £1500 for one – ie the shop front/office
- Décor – a whole bundle was picked up from the scrapstore, they claimed they knew nothing about a new card (apparently John and Ellie weren’t there), they let us have stuff discounted as a one-off, but could you ring to kick ass (preferably 3 cards – that’s what we had before!)
- Chairs (Nick going to check out with Easton Community Centre) and Tables (we thought buying 4 fold-up tressle tables, Nick going to check out with Emmaus house, sofa project etc for second hand)
- Gas cooker – me or Alex will pick up an extra gas cylinder this week, also everyone going to see what else we’ve got in our camping supplies for heating water for drinks
- Leanne will email you with invoice/budget
- Nick will follow up phone calls to musicians
- Me/Alex will collect food and instruments from Midnimo at 12 on Sat
- Could you send a reminder email out to traders?
- Mugs (for soup and tea) – we have some paper/plastic cups – Nick to look into permaculture mugs, Leanne to look into borrowing some from Midnimo
- Water – we have 2 or 3 x 10 litre containers plus some smaller ones, could poss be refilled in pub, local church (Nick to ask, also about use of toilets*) or in local house ie one of ours
- *with regard to toilet, did Sarah Collins give you key for portaloo as well as key for gates, as we felt we need to have access to portaloo

Think we covered most angles – we also planning to have a ½ hour discussion circle and cuppa 11.30-12. We are meeting at Trinity on Fri and will do any necessary painting of banners etc then. I think general consensus to get up to site 9-9.30 Sat, we weren’t sure what time the marquee is arriving. I have drafted a flier summarising Eastside Roots –who we are, to hand out on Sat which I will attach!
