Save the Railway Path - 'Don't Shelve it, Bin It!'

The Save the Railway Path Campaign continues - and needs your support.
Contrary to recent press coverage, the Path is not out of danger yet
- but Tuesday could see one of the final nails in the coffin of the
BRT plan ...

Bristol Council are meeting at 6pm this Tuesday (April 1st). They
will be voting on a motion that proposes to remove the Railway Path
from future planned routes for the Bus Rapid Transit scheme.

Come and make your voice heard - join the protest at 5.30pm outside
the Council House on College Green. If you know your Councillors by
sight, tell them what you think before they go in to the meeting. If
you have the time, stay for the meeting itself - it would be great to
fill the public gallery (needs about 100 people).

Thanks to everyone who came to the Celebration on Sunday - wasn't it
fantastic? So many great costumes, banners, instruments, and weird
and wonderful means of transport ... especially the funky flowers from
Eastside Roots. Y'all looked amazing!

Hope to see you all at the protest on Tuesday,

Adele
