Hello

Many thanks for agreeing to run a workshop for the Easton Arts Trail.
Please find attached the workshop programme that details where and when you
or your organisation are running the workshop and includes a brief
description of what you will be doing.

I have also attached the Easton Arts Trail Child Protection Policy, which is
ESSENTIAL READING. Please let me have any changes or amends by Monday 4
June at the latest as we are planning to go live with the website on Tuesday
5 June and will start sending out the workshop programme to interested
parties.

I will email everyone the final version of this programme next week so that
we can all start advertising the Easton Arts Trail and the workshops,
performances, exhibitions, etc.

Please also email me your invoice for running you workshop at the price that
we have already agreed so that I arrange payment. Also let me know if you
have any problems opening these documents.
