Hi everyone

Yes, it is Apple weekend this weekend and I've got a
garage full of apples waiting to be pressed.

Workshop will start at 11am at the Trinity centre
garden on Saturday, and may well last all day...

Please bring:

Apples of any kind (windfalls will do now as they will
not need to be stored for long)

Containers such as demi johns or larger wine/cider
storage containers

Chopping boards and sharp knives

We will need to wash all the apples thoroughly so
perhaps a supply of water will be needed (Jen, could
you comment on this? I don't know what the water
situation is at Trinity)

Could everyone who is coming please just send me a
quick email so we know ho wmany people to expect?
