As yet there is no such physical community established. There have been many attempts over the years, and one of our members is trying to record them all to make it easier for future attempts. There was a community in Leeds (see our website). There was also a house in Balham at one time. I am not sure if there are any groups trying to put a community together at the moment. This website http://www.diggersanddreamers.org.uk/ has some information for anyone trying to set up websites.
ECC does act for many of its members as a virtual community - but I am not sure whether that is what you meant. I am not sure about the rest of the world - I guess there is some community in the USA but I am not sure.
