I certainly do.....I heard the song being played by Steve Wright too (but I
was driving my car at the time)...read my review of Better Late Than Never
which is on the Hot Rod website, click on merchandise and there are reviews
for Better Late Than Never, The Live DVD and Been There Done That.
I phoned Richard Holgarth and told him that Steve Wright cklaimed it was his
favourite song. Probably Simon (or me if need be) will get in touch with
Radio 2 to let them know that the Hot Rods are alive and very much kickin.
IF Do Anything You Want To Do is the best song ever then In my opinion the
second best song ever written is the opening track from their new album "Why
Should I Care Anymore" it would be great to hear that on the radio. I think
there is a download of this on the website.
As far as hoppin around the lounge is concerned I,ve probably worn out
several carpets in my time and when at Hot Rod gigs I,m usually rcognisable
by my red hot smiley swaty face after havin had a really good boogie.
