HPV- should I vaccinate my daughter?

Hi!

We would like to invite you to take part in a research project about
HPV (Human Papilloma Virus), based at the University of Birmingham,
UK. Your responses are entirely confidential and we will not be
asking for details that can identify you such as your name, postal
address and email address.

We would like responses from females who are part of non-health
related forum.

If you are a female living in the UK then you can take part. If you
don't know the answer to a question, you should not answer that
particular question and you should then move on to the next question.

Apologies if this e-mail has been sent out to you and you are a male,
but please could you forward this e-mail to any females that you
