STEP AHEAD Free professional fundraising, law and finance surgeries for the charity sector. Tuesday 25th November 3-6pm,  Reception 6-7.30pm

On the afternoon of November 25th, fundraising consultants Midas Charity Appeals, law firm Taylor Vinters and chartered accountants UHY Hacker Young will join forces to deliver a dynamic portfolio of free surgeries for charities, in London.  The surgeries are designed to offer an intelligent and wide range of generic advice for senior staff, fundraisers and trustees and will cover subjects such as charity tax, good governance, VAT and fundraising events, major philanthropy, core funding sources, and avoiding the risk of claims and disputes.  The surgeries will culminate in a reception where charities can network with senior fundraisers, lawyers and accountants. Delegates are invited to book a half hour session with our experts, or drop-in and talk informally to representatives of the three companies, or simply to join us at a reception from 6-7.30 where they can discuss their needs.   To register for drop-in, a surgery or the reception, please contact Martin Shaw at info@midasappeals. org.uk - and feel free to circulate this email to your colleagues.
