Inner Sanctuary 17th September 2005
Low water 1216 @ 1m. High water 1831 @ 9.8m.
Esther and I traversed from Heddon's Mouth to Hollowbrook waterfall.
On this tide we found difficulty passing Clinnocks Hole as the tide
was against the bottom of the buttress at low water. No changes at
Hannington's cave. The crucial boulder is still in place to aid the
descent to the beach at The Flying Buttress. Evidence of a great deal
of nesting activity on the cliffs. No changes at The A Cave or Black
Wall. The ascent up Hollowbrook Waterfall remains in good condition.
