I've long been an advocate of feed laws on this side (the
Americas) of the Atlantic and in 2003 began a private campaign to bring
them to North America.
In 2004 I began working with OSEA in Ontario, Canada to replicate
the German-French model. As many of you probably know, we were partly
successful.
Though I am an American and ostensibly live in California, I spend a
lot of time in Ontario working with OSEA.
