Jason - In answer to your question:

"Which one (or another program) would you recommend for Jessica

I would recommend CocoaModem. It takes a Mac to run it, which I would
also recommend to Jessica.

Setting it up is pretty transparent and it is a very good performer,
particularly under low noise conditions.

It doesn't hurt to list what computer system you are using when
asking about software/ not everybody is using PC/Windows. :^)= - Duffey
