Hi Phil
The problem will be if there is a sense of an edge with a sharp and steep
drop and he can't walk far enough away from it to not have to look at the
drop.
It would be great if anyone who knows this route well could let me know if
there is a section like this or not.

Hello Angela
It's a few years since I went up the Corridor Route but from memory it
wasn't at all bad - just a long slog. Perhaps others with a more
recent memory may be able to confirm?
I've made a note of the date - would quite like to join in, just
depends what else might be happening at the time. (Though kids back
at school by then.)
