Hello all some times it can be lonely having fibromyalgia being more or less house bound it would be good to speak on messenger so if you see me on line why not have a chat. Yesterday I went to the pain clinic for the first time not sure what to make of it i am now going on a acupuncture course and some sort of life style coach who does some sort presser point stuff and looks at my life in the whole with might be interesting will let you know more when it happen's all the best Steve.
