Went to my first Shiatsu yesterday and will not be going again as the Shiatsu practitioner wants me to bye a drug call Guaifenesin which has to come from the U.S.A and cost about £20 to £30 pounds and not yet licence and go on a diet which means no pots and starchy foods or bread and tea and coffee and the such and I must do this for two months before she would do any Shiatsu but I am doing the acupunchture which I have just started and hope it will work here is the link for Doctor that came up with all this it may be helpful http://www.guaidoc.com all the best Steve ie folkman41 .
