Thank you for your email it was only mean't for you not the group .Once I got home I read the hand out from the practitoner it's just one big advertiseing campaign for the so call Dr St Amand and my Wife is very angrily about this as you have to cut out so many foods you need to buy supplements from him and also what toiletry's you use and the books she said you must buy of course by him and then comes the main drug Guaifenesin which hasn't been licence over here yet I think it's all one big con.Like all syndrome's you must watch what you eat and drink at faction of the cost and more heathly than a load of tablets that might not work like if you have Arthitis don't eat lemons or orange's my personal opinion is eat with care and dn't get suck in to some sort of miracle cure the only miracle I see is your money going down and there's going up .
