Sorry I haven't been on for a while but things haven't been going great
for me on a non-Fibro basis (you'll just have to wait for the book!!!).

I have allowed the posting from Jason, I looked at his website and have
spoken to him via e-mail and felt that some of you may benefit from his
information and guides.
